About Erin Watkins
Erin Watkins is originally from Ohio, but she moved down to Atlanta in 2008 to obtain her Masters in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She has over 11 years of customer service experience and that along with her Marketing degree has helped launched her real estate career. Erin believes in fostering and maintaining great relationships with her clients which allows her to keep the relationship going long after the deal is closed. She's very knowledgeable in understanding real estate contracts and has developed great negotiating strategies that have helped her win several multiple offer situations with buyers. She looks forward to earning your business and helping you achieve your real estate goals!Erin received a full athletic scholarship to play tennis at Marquette University and when she's not working on her real estate business she's either playing tennis, watching football (Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals), Food Network or HGTV.
